Great job all round, there were a couple of hiccups but Joe was able to explain what had caused it, why and resolved them easily.

Had a problem with a broken valve in shower bar so water was running even when turned off. Came round the day of calling and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Extremely professional and was great at communicating through the day to ensure a smooth process throughout. Any future issues it will definitely be my first call.

Called joes plumbing to an emergency leak in my heating system he was very responsive and came out very quickly, he was able to fix the problem there and then. Honestly very reliable and i highly recommend!!

Had my shower tray fitted on the 5th September and I’m really pleased with the service. He was polite, efficient, and easy to deal with. His communication was great from start to finish and everything was handled smoothly and I’d definitely recommend him, it’s rare to find someone this professional and easy to deal with.
