We contacted Joe as we had a broken shower that had leaked through the kitchen ceiling. Joe arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and very easy to get on with. What I especially appreciated was that he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong before explaining how he was going to fix it and kept me informed throughout the whole process. This was the first time we'd needed a plumber and it's a huge reassurance to know we now have Joe that we can call on in the future. I would 100% recommend Joe to everyone. Thanks again!

The flush and cistern refill mechanisms in my toilet had broken. Yousef called me the day of posting the job and was able to attend next day first thing. He was very communicative and fixed the cistern with all new parts, which he had already bought in preparation. Excellent service, will be using him for plumbing jobs in the future.
