  Gorgeous bathroom renovation

  This is the third time I have used Joes Building Services for home improvements that were beyond my capabilities. Joe is reliable, extremely trustworthy (I left him with a key whilst I was away), and a highly skilled tradesman. He is very knowledgeable and suggested some tweaks to our initial plans for our part renovation of our bathroom, which made it even better than we imagined it would be. The work was completed on time and to a fantastic standard (as usual). I would not hesitate in recommending him to family and friends.

  Excellent Builder, highly recommend

  I have had Joe provide renovations on my old flat and now my new flat. He is my go to builder and has never let me down. He recently skimmed, installed new electrics, renovated a parque floor and decorated my flat (including coving and skirting). Joe and Gary are excellent, fantastic workmanship and transparent communication/pricing. Will work with them again on my next project.

  High-Quality Carpentry and Painting Work

  Joe was very professional, punctual, and attentive to detail. He and his team designed, built, and painted a beautiful custom TV unit feature wall in our living room. From start to finish, the communication was clear, the workmanship was excellent, and the final result exceeded our expectations. They took time to understand our vision and delivered a high-quality finish that really transformed the space. Would definitely recommend for both painting and carpentry work.

  Bathroom Renovation

  Joe renovated my kitchen two years ago and did a fantastic job so it was a no brainer to hire him again to carry out my bathroom renovations. He has done an absolutely fantastic job and completely transformed my home. Joe has a great attention to detail and will always keep you up to date with the progress of the build. During the project, my window was also replaced (by JLH windows) and I could trust Joe to oversee the installation without needing to be around. I will definitely hire him again as decent builders are hard to come by.

  Replace guttering and drainpipes

  Excellent work and went beyond what I’d asked for by replacing and clearing some other guttering and clearing a drain. Left the area clean and tidy.
