As a property manager, I’m always careful when recommending contractors to my clients. I recently used Joe for a full refurbishment of a flat and was extremely impressed. The quality of the work, especially the painting and finishing, was excellent. Communication was fantastic throughout, with regular updates and photos, which made managing the project very easy. The work was completed on time and within budget. He also went above and beyond with extra details that really improved the final result. My client is delighted and I would happily recommend him.
