I have used Joe on two occasions—once for a replacement kitchen tap and once for a new toilet installation. Joe is a really pleasant and professional person to deal with. He clearly explained what was required upfront, and the quote he provided was exactly what I paid—no surprises. I’m very happy with the quality of his work, and he was punctual on each visit to our home.
