  Levelling concrete floor in residential property

  Willing to look at smaller work and take time to quote. Would have liked perhaps guidance of different options for my property but Jody came back with quote and took time to come and consult which was really positive and helpful. I made decision not to go with latex.

  Replacement entrance steps, rendering, drainage, external lights, patio

  Jody and his team are everything you could want from a job and more. From start to finish communication was key. They were always on time, took great care of our property, were respectful, polite and a joy to have on site. Their attention to detail and customer service is on point, nothing appeared too much bother. We had an external metal set of steps removed and brick built steps in its place, drainage installed, new guttering, rendering, painting, porcelain slabs and lighting. We've already booked them for our next job. 10/10 for everything is thoroughly deserved. Keep up the awesome work

  Garden reconstruction

  Jody was quick to respond to our work request and gave a reasonably priced quote. Work started when he said he would, and he and his team were punctual and kept us informed of the schedule of work for us. He consulted us at every point when options were available to us and helped us work out the best way forward. The site was always left clean and tidy at the end of the day. As Jody has done a few more building works for us we thoroughly recommend him for all types of building work.

  Laying a shed base, resetting patio slabs, re-pointing garden wall

  Jody and his team provided a first class service undertaking a few jobs for us in our garden. The team was friendly, efficient, professional, punctual and cleaned up well after themselves. Jody's communications were excellent and he managed to fit our job in for us at pretty short notice. Would 100% recommend!

  Garage demolition

  Jody and the guys did a fantastic job. Garage was taken down very quickly and they made a real effort to tidy up at the end of each day. Would thoroughly recommend Jody and will definitely call him first the next time I have work that needs doing.
