    Khay is excellent - he was very easy to communicate with initially. As discussed, he popped over to see what I was after and then came back on the day I asked for to complete the work. He is a very hard worker (doesn't stop), very well prepared, fast yet efficient, he can work with your budget and suggest his advice, happy to source any materials he nor you the customer have and he is discreet. A kind man who was more than happy to be answer all my little one's questions and was awarded a chocolate - that speaks volumes :)
