Clive gave a reasonable quote, was very prompt with response and kept me informed on the day about progress and considerations/decisions to be made.

My husband has balance problems so needed a good non slip shower unit. The job had its hiccups, but that was by no means the fault of Job Done, more the original house builders! They overcame all obstacles with good humour and respect for our situation. They managed to keep to original estimate. The job took longer than anticipated but the wait was worth it. Hope to use them again on further ensuite work a we would like done.

I experienced a leak in my bathroom, and Job Done Services responded on the same day I reached out. They returned the following morning to perform the necessary repairs. Although I received a quote that was significantly lower than other estimates, the final cost ended up being higher. Additional work was recommended that I had not anticipated, including the installation of a shower screen to prevent water from leaking around the bath and resealing the entire bathtub. The quality of the work seems satisfactory, although some mess was left behind.

Staff was being sent on the same date We contacted them. Job done nicely and quickly within half an hour. Thank you!

Communication was quick and easy, we made an appointment for the next day. Drew replaced the valve quickly and competently and was polite and friendly throughout. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

This is a tenanted property and Clive was efficient and kept me well informed and responded promptly to any request. Will definitely keep Clive's number for future work.
