  Clearance of furniture.

  Russ and his colleague removed a, very heavy, sofa bed and armchair. They were very efficient, very polite and professional, and very quick. Their price was also exceptional. If you're reading this and looking for removals, clearance, or whatever, don't use anyone else. Not sure how relevant this is, but. I have neighbours who are 'neurodivergent', with 'learning differences', one of these neighbours essentially came over, distracted and 'bothered' Russ and his colleague. They were really decent about it, not rude or anything. That was nice. That stuff matters too. Job done!

  Moving sofas from one house to another

  We booked this company to move three sofas for us. They were very responsive and offered a highly competitive quote. Their van developed a fault, and instead of dropping our job, they hired a van instead so as to not let down their customers. Excellent, friendly service and would definitely use again.

  Removal from Southampton to Norfolk

  Russell and the team were absolutely amazing. They took care of everything in terms of moving my stuff out to rebuilding and assembling at the other end, all with a smile and nothing was too much hassle. Cannot recommend them enough, such pleasant, happy and helpful guys.

  Cancelled on us at 11:30 on the morning of our move and then wouldn’t answer our calls

  On the morning of our move he was meant to arrive at 10:00 and when he had still not shown up at 10:20 I gave him a call to check. I was told his van would not start but that he was looking for alternatives. He then ignored a 4 of my calls until I called on another number and he picked up immediately repeating the same lines. Eventually at 11:30 (1.5 hours before we had to be out of the house) he told me that we should start looking for alternative arrangements. He offered me ‘vouchers for his future services’ but needless to say I wouldn’t ever hire this man again.

  Great overall professional experience from start to finish. Russel who owns the business was very helpful in providing all the necessary information required for the removal. The service from the team on the day was very professional and were all trustworthy. Would definitely use them in the future.
