Jake came over with his team and did everything as expected. Checked the electricity, pulled parts out of the wet ceiling, replaced it and plastered over it. He also cleaned up afterwards. Communication was flawless. Highly recommended.

We needed the cracked lintel above the French door replaced. Gary and Jake arrived when they said they would, worked long hours and did a great job. 2 hard working blokes who are polite and courteous. Would recommend to anyone needing building work done.

Jake and Gary have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Impeccable time keeping, so polite, completely dedicated to doing the job exactly as I wanted. Jake and Donya always replied to my emails super fast and even late at night and weekends. The finish of the job is perfect. I will use Joat for every job in future and have already booked in to have plastering done in a few weeks. Cannot speak highly enough of them.

Very pleased with my new step. Pleased I have found a reliable and trustworthy company that I would have no doubts about contacting in the future if I need a job undertaken.

We had our back yard drainage channel replaced as it was all cracked, as well as some old extractor fan holes in our walls bricked up. Jake was always very polite and the job had to be delayed a few times due to the bad weather we had in December, however we were always kept informed. Overall we're very happy with the work and will use them again.
