The recent heatwave had caused some slate tiles on our garage roof to crack and break with one sliding down the roof completely. Many companies were not interested in small jobs but Jack was happy to provide a quote then carried out the work quickly and efficiently. So easy to deal with would recommend and use them again.

I recently hired JNR for a full roof replacement, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I initially met with Jack and he was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. They delivered exactly what they promised and I couldn’t be happier. Jack, Richard and the team were punctual, respectful of the property, and maintained a clean and safe job site throughout. I am leaving this feedback, as this is not the first time I have been let down by a trades person. The company sent me a text to say, they would come and have a look at the leak we had and give us a quote. He said he would come between 9am and 11am on a Saturday. I understand roofers are busy at the moment with the bad weather, however he failed to turn up or notify me he could not come. I texted him to ask if he was still coming and then again after the time slot he had booked with me to say, I was not happy he did not turn up. I got no reply to either text messages. Bad customer service.
