James recently replaced a bath with a walk-in shower for my elderly uncle, and we’re very pleased with the result. From the outset, his communication was excellent. His quotes were clear and well-documented. He kept us updated throughout, clearly explaining progress, and next steps. He also recommended practical solutions & suitable products that worked well for our uncle's needs. The quality of his work is excellent. He was tidy, professional, and very respectful. He delivered everything on time, within budget, & to a high standard. We would highly recommend James.

Great service from start to finish. The plumber removed our old sink and fitted the new one quickly and professionally. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the installation looks excellent with no issues at all. Friendly, punctual, and clearly very skilled. Would definitely recommend and use again.

From the moment I spoke to James we just knew the person for the work we needed doing, took time out to advise us on what shower was to needed to fit where the old one was . And even took time out to come a make sure all the shower times were all there. kept us informed all the way through out the job. With out a doubt would recommend James and call him for any other jobs I need doing. Even have him the keys to the house so he could come and go while doing the work. A FANTASTIC trades man ! And his attention to detail is fantastic to boot!

Fantastic! Really helpful works with what we wanted. Installed all our radiators coming back next week to plumb the bathroom good pricing. Easy to contact and helpful would 100% recommend to anyone!

James was fantastic. Very friendly, punctual and left everything neat. Took his time, explained things. My issue was a leaky radiator which had leaked a substantial amount of water under my carpet. He fixed the leaked and lifted a part of the carpet for me so I could lift the rest and dry off any water. My combi was a different problem however as it had a leak on the pipe which he tried to fix though this was not one of my job requests. He gave me a genuine feeling of someone who cares. He also charged me a super competitive price. Highly recommend him.
