Jason was quick to respond and attend. Within minutes he had assessed the fault and he fixed it quickly. Great communication throughout and I am very happy with the workmanship and service. Would thoroughly recommend.

Jason found the root cause of the lighting problem and was able to fix it quickly. He clearly explained why the wiring had caused the light to stop working, and how I could easily replace the light fitting when I come to move (I'd asked him to label the wires to help me do this). He also fit some clips which made this much easier! He also spent time explaining some aspects about the bathroom fan which was very helpful. In addition, he replied to my job very quickly on checkatrade, and it was completed the next day! very happy customer!
