Called James out to take a look at our back door, which wasn’t shutting properly and was really difficult to lock. He managed to fit us in this afternoon between jobs, came out to have a look, and had it sorted in no time. Really friendly, efficient service and would highly recommend him. I’ve already booked him to come back and carry out some further work on our windows. Great job!

Great service from James changing the locks on the door to my new house. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Not only did he sort the front door lock he also helped fix our back door on the spot as it wasn’t closing properly free of charge and checked the doors were in a healthy condition. James spoke sense when he called me and I had complete confidence in him, he couldn’t get to us straight away but was honest about it and we were happy to wait. He came when he said he would and communicated brilliantly. He’s opened and replaced the part and I couldn’t recommend him enough!🙌🏻

Composite door lock had become loose and awkward. The repair required a new lock to be fitted. James from JNM did the work. I simply can’t fault him. He responded quickly to our request, gave an accurate pre-installation quote, kept us updated on arrival times and arrived when he said he would. The work was completed without fuss, in a proper professional way and without any mess. Better still, James was a really nice bloke. He was really helpful, explaining all about the fault and how he could fix it. I would definitely have no problem recommending this business to friends and family.
