Punctual and reliable. Explained what is wrong and didn't overcharged me. Fixed the handle, sort out the door as apparently was leaning due to loose hinges and greased the latches. Kmowledgeable and know what he was doing.

Couldn't thank him enough went above and beyond to find us a bedroom door handle. With our windows being old and Aluminium went above and beyond to get the correct one. even hand delivered it himself. Thoroughly highly recommend.

James was great, arranged to come and fix the window within 24 hours of posting the job. Communication was great with him and was able to provide a price straight away. Arrived on time, very polite, and completed the work quickly. Talked through what he had done and answered any questions I had about the work carried out. Very professional throughout.

Following a serious issue with our back door lock jamming we were put in touch with James. He promptly came to help us and successfully resolve the issue. After a thorough assessment he continued to get the lock back in to normal function. Such a polite and helpful young man. Huge thanks James.

Amazing service. No call out charge for initial assessment. Back a week later and changed the whole locking system and brand new keys. Lovely lad, hard working and polite. Thoroughly checked and tested everything before he left. Highly recommend.

We were very well looked after by JNM Locksmiths. We had a very prompt response and were fitted in to his busy schedule the next day. Our patio door took a bit of fixing, but it was sorted completely. We will definitely be using JNM again and would recommend to everyone!!
