Jack is very knowledgeable and incredibly reasonable and helpful. I had multiple issues (including a leaking pipe and a leaking filter as well as a hidden leak!) with my heating system and he patiently supported me until he resolved each one. His workmanship is excellent. He always communicated with me and showed me the work he did by sending pictures as I don't work from home. With many happy and returning customers over the last 25 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. I have been in this industry since I left school years ago and I have achieved many goals in life such as working for British gas for 12 years to being a mechanical project manager on new build projects in the city, I have a vast amount of experience and have never been defeated to this day by a challenge. Our aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I work with a small team of trusted colleagues, who communicate and work together well. Our customers are accustomed the outstanding quality of projects we complete, by sourcing quality materials with experienced installers we create truly bespoke masterpieces lasting our customers many years.
Up to 10 year guarantees are included as standard on all completed work.
