I spoke to several companies, and James was by far the most professional and capable person I spoke to. I am delighted with the outcome of my loft extension, it’s made a massive difference to our family home and house value. James was very organised, the finish was really good, and left our home tidy and clean. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have a high quality loft conversion, and be the envy of the street.

This was our first experience with building work, and after meeting several companies, JN Construction ticked all the boxes. Their knowledge of building regulations and design was outstanding, and they guided us through ideas we hadn't even thought of. The team was friendly, reliable, and polite – no task was too much trouble. The finished result is a breathtaking 50sqm space that we still can’t believe it's ours! We were so impressed that this year, they're back building us a 2-storey side extension/annexe. A huge thank you to James and the entire team - you made it easy for us.

We struck gold with James! Being our first building work of this nature we felt extremely lucky with what JN Construction delivered. The initial consultation, budget, quality of workmanship and high end result are the things you would expect but it's also the million little things that James brought to the job like his recommendations on design and products, fixing the garden gate that was not in scope. His friendly, conscientious attitude in recognising he was working in a family home made feel at ease.His dilgence, hard work and endless energy brought this project on budget and on time.
