  We recently used JN Building Services & Property Development Ltd to remove a wall and create a larger opening between two rooms, including plasterboarding, skimming, and a full clean-up afterwards. From start to finish, Johnathan was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. The quote was fair, communication was excellent throughout, and the work was completed to a very high standard. The team were friendly, punctual, kept the site tidy, and left everything clean once the job was finished. We are extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend this company.

  Excellent company to deal with. Jonathan and the team were extremely professional and pleasant. All the work was completed to a very high standard and in the timeframe specified. Price point was reasonable and clearly set advance. We were kept up to date at each step of the process. Work was completed cleanly and without damage to property. Jonathan continually assessed whether the work was being completed correctly and that we remained happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend.

  Good communication, knowledgeable about the work and was happy to run me through the possible options before deciding on the final plan. Work was completed on time, to a good standard and the site was cleaned up afterwards. No complaints!

  Highly recommend - very reliable and reasonable

  From start to finish Johnathan was friendly and professional. He quoted and completed 2 jobs - rendering of a garden wall and a new garden gate - and both have been completed to a very high standard for a reasonable price. No extras and the work was completed within the time scale agreed, with Johnathan contacting me regularly. Highly recommended.
