The communal carpet in the Victorian House I live in had not been cleaned since it was set in place. Joel and his team did a fabulous job cleaning every little bit of the stairs and landings, and left them looking great - they even removed some stubborn gum that had been stuck in a couple of steps for about 10 years! I am very pleased with the result.

As JMR services is new to Checkatrade, I was first reluctant to use their services. But after speaking to the owner Joel, I learnt that he had experience in this field for over 15 years, both in commercial and domestic carpet cleaning. He came over and was very conscious about health safety issues with the chemicals he was going to use and where the dirty water was going to be disposed, making sure children were safe. His work was excellent with no short cuts and was reasonably priced. He showed enthusiasm and very keen to complete the job to both mine and his standard. He left the place tidy

Fantastic carpet cleaning by Joel! I had some stubborn stains on my light grey carpet that I was concerned wouldn’t come out. My carpets now look good as new - I’m so happy with the result.
