James was quick to respond to our initial enquiry and then carry out the work. The painting and decorating was done with care, and James and his team took time to make careful decisions about the smaller decorating issues. At the end of the job, James came back for an afternoon to remedy something we weren’t quite happy with and they tidied up perfectly. We really could not fault James and his father Mark. Professional, great on detail, did exactly what they said they would, on time, never stopped, cleaned up every evening, trust worthy and a pleasure to have in our home. We’ve used J M Ridgley a couple of times now, the second time for quite a tricky repair job, and they’ve been great. They’re professional, efficient, tidy and have great attention to detail.
