    Changed a Baxi Boiler for a new Combi

    From first contact with JMR, they have been excellent. They gave us an excellent quote and a date they could start. The two guys who came were polite and professional and did a really neat job. They had to stay a little later on the second day, but all the work was completed, and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely use them again.

    Servicing gas boiler

    Arrived very punctual, actually before time, 🕰️ but I didn’t mind that because it meant I wasn’t waiting in all day. Gave the boiler a very good servicing, explained everything what and why he was doing it, which although I’m not technically minded I did understand, and I did appreciate that. Very tidy and he was a friendly person overall.

    Boiler service and gas safety report.

    Easy to arrange the appointment which was carried out on time. The gas safety report was issued very quickly as was the invoice which was simple to pay online.

    JMR. I gave tenants details. Contact numbers and addresses. They contacted tenants organised date to attend. Arrived on time. Polite. Friendly and jobs carried out. No fuss. Paperwork good but no copies left in property which I haven’t came up with in the past.
