job was done within 48 hours of booking, the plumber was really friendly and efficient, no complaints at all!

Work was carried out and I queried the bill. Company did not get back to me despite saying this would happen with the next 48 hours. I had to remind them of my query. It seems I was charged for the time the plumber spent on the road fetching a tap. The cupboard in the bathroom was dismantled to access the pipework - it now does not close properly. The hot and cold tap connected the wrong way around in the upstairs bathroom.

The company communicated well yo organise the work and the plumber was friendly. He called before arriving and tidied/kept things clear once he finished working.

Keiran cane and fitted our radiator. He was very polite and friendly from the outset and communicated everything well. He did a great job fitting the rad and kept the place nice and tidy throughout.

Everything completed as per the quote, great tradesman, punctual, communicated very well, very respectful of the whole house, cleaned up perfectly each day. All round good professional job.
