I initially wanted insulation installed and was informed that it wasn’t possible due to having a non standard build and it would be a detriment to the property, Adam went above and beyond from there! I needed a report confirming this once the house went on sale. JM Property Solutions came and did my underfloor insulation. A team arrived on time, carried out the work very quickly and were professional. After a couple of weeks we noticed that some of the insulation had fallen and I have to say, the response from JM was 10/10. Siobhan on the phone was amazing, and she had a remedial appointment booked within 5 minutes. They came and put the insulation back, added more insulation and even double netted all the areas. Job location: WN2I found the whole process from the quote to the date of the work taking place being very smooth and all happened in a few short weeks. The two installers arrived on the day and removed all the old insulation and old boards, they took care to protect the carpet with polythene and cleaned up after the work was completed. The whole process was very profession and the quality of the work excellent. Very happy!10 Cavity wall insulation

Inspection was carried out a few days after contacting. We discussed options and what would work best for the property. They were very honest and open about what would be effective. The quote came the same day and was a reasonable price. The work was scheduled the week after and was completed within a few hours. Minimal disruption and very efficient.
