As well as the extension, the full project entailed remodeling the front of the house with a new porch, a new boiler and hot water cylinder, new bathroom, and a major kitchen refit including underfloor heating. This was going on while we were living in the house. I wasn't looking forward to living through the work but thankfully John and his team are all really nice guys, and went above and beyond to keep the place livable. We were always kept informed and involved in decision making. The work was completed to budget and very much to our satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending JMP.

I cannot fault this company at all. The men Chris and Ian who did most of the work were hard working, polite, tidy and they have done a fantastic job of our garage conversion. I would not hesitate to recommend JMP Property Services Ltd and am very happy with our man cave.

JMP have to date been excellent. They are polite, courteous and very tidy! They work brilliantly together as a team. We have been given advice and they take the time to explain to us what is happening. They work hard and we are seeing excellent progress. So far, we cannot fault them and would recommend them to others. We can't wait to see the finished product (although may miss Keiron's singing when they leave us!).

I had a problem with a back door, but was keen to avoid complications. John's associate came to have a look, and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We came up with a quick fix (that still needed the right tools) and having only been at my property for about 20 minutes, he was ready not to charge me at all! We settled on a few quid for petrol, and in conversation I mentioned something about drill bits - he even offered me a box as he had too many in his van anyway. Always nice to deal with friendly people; I am keeping their number in case I need a bigger job done.

John and his team have now completed the work, essentially, on time and on budget. I am pleased with the result. The team has always been polite and friendly and they made a few useful suggestion as the work progressed. I would use JMP again.

It has now been about 6 months - John and his team are now finished at our property and we have moved back in! Friends and family have all been very complimentary on the transformative works done and we love our newly renovated home.
