  Replacement of two showers

  Jake came to inspect an ongoing issue with our hot water, which several other tradespersons had failed to correctly diagnose. He quickly identified that the valves in both our showers were letting cold water back into the hot water supply, and replaced both. His conduct was exemplary and his price reasonable. Would happily employ again.

  Central heating boiler and system annual service.

  Once again, John serviced a central heating boiler that he installed many years ago. It is always pleasant dealing with John as he is an Alpha specialist and nothing seems to phase him.

  New central heating thermostat and control box, plus corrected two pipes.

  Jake came at very short notice when my central heating failed. Fortunately it started working again but I wasn't convinced it would last as the thermostat was ancient. He discussed the options without any pressure and a few days later put in new Hive equipment. He also found two pipes in the airing cupboard which were in danger of splitting and replaced them, and serviced the boiler.

  I found another plumber on this site and he was rubbish totally lied about all the plumbing issues I had. I saw someone recommend Jake on Burgess Hill group and I messaged and he came the next day and fixed all the issues the other plumber lied about and will come back another day with the new parts he needs. Finally have a trustworthy plumber and will 100% be using him again. What he fixed - Central heating issue/ Flush on the toilet/Shower leaking and leaking taps.

  Fixed broken boiler

  Left Jake a message late one evening as our boiler had broken and left us with no hot water or heating. The next day Jake came round and fixed it for us. After a quick call he predicted the problem and got the suspected parts in so that he was able to fix it there and then. Arrived, diagnosed, advised of cost and repaired very promptly. Nice guy, good work, efficient, good communication. We know who to call next time!
