  On return from our 3-week holiday, realised the water flow coming from the softener is weak. Called Jack and following a video consultation agreed to send someone following day. Dave who came to fix was professional and friendly. The work was more complicated than thought but Dave fixed and work was very clean. Highly recommend.

  Was so impressed with the Customer Service when I first left a message for Jack to call me back and how Charly was so kind when finding a time to make the appointment, despite being so busy! Jack who came was really good, efficient, pleasant and service minded, really happy all round!!!

  Shower unit replacement and tiling. All went well, thanks Jack and co!

  Jack and his team were very efficient and tidy. They replaced my shower unit and retiled the area. Sean the plumber was insightful and made sure I stayed up to date with the progress. Dean the builder coordinated well with the team. Ben the tiler matched the replacement tiles perfectly to the ones I already had in the bathroom so you can barely tell they are new. Jack was always responsive to any queries.
