  I contacted them and received a quote promptly; We agreed on a date and time, and the engineer arrived punctually. He completed the work as scheduled, was well-presented, and clearly knowledgeable. He walked me through all the features of the new thermostat, answered my questions, and offered helpful tips to get the most out of the purchase. Part of the job included servicing my boiler, for which they provided a certificate in PDF. We also discussed a larger project. The engineer was honest about what the job would involve and the feasibility of doing it here, which gave me real reassurance.
