John was fantastic from start to finish, from the moment he stepped in my house to quote, it was refreshing to listen to a tradesmen not want to put the wool over my eyes and take all my money, he explained what needed doing and what didn't. After accepting the quote, he then completed the job into days a week later to an excellent standard, the difference this has made go my house in such a short time has been amazing, it feels warmer and drier instantly which is fantastic, would definitely recommend his company go anybody suffering with damp issues
