I am very pleased with the Shower. Great service throughout from booking the initial visit to installation. Work was done as planned and workmen very pleasant and considerate. All was cleared clean and tidy.

<JMI were professional and courteous in all their dealings with me. They completed the work to schedule and kept disturbance to a minimum. They were at all times professional. Highly recommended.

JMI provided design service, and a turnkey service including wall removal, electrics and plumbing, complete replastering, and full fitting service. The quality of kitchen, units, drawers is very good, at sensible and competitive price. Delivery times were surprisingly short, and everything was done to planned timescale. All the JMI and other staff were great to deal with, always responsive, and did an excellent job. The finish on the kitchen and utility room is very good. A couple of minor teething issues were quickly sorted by the team We highly recommend JMI, go and see their kitchens.

We were looking to get our cloakroom refitted (totally stripped out and replaced). JMI helped with planning, selecting and installation of replacement furniture after stripping out and re-plastering. Communication was great: we knew who was coming and when and they all arrived on time! The work was carried out to very high standards and we're delighted with the finished product. Everyone we came into contact with were professional, friendly and involved us in all decisions required.

JMI were great company to work with. Communication and project management throughout were very good. The team took time to ensure the plans met our requirements. They gave and kept to accurate timescales for start and completion. All the trades people were prompt, skilled and hard working. We are delighted with the finished bathroom.

Having delayed having a new kitchen fitted as so many people seemed to have problems, we couldn't have had a better, stress-free experience with JMI. From the very first design visit we knew they were an excellent company and all the way through they were impressive. Their replies to emails/phone calls were immediate and they outlined a schedule before work started and they stuck to it. All the tradesmen were really friendly, considerate and efficient. We would have had no hesitation in recommending them.
