This plumber has few reviews but as soon as I rang them, I knew I'd made the right choice. There was no operator from a larger company subcontracting. Instead I spoke directly to the head of this small company. He came to North London the next day to sort the problem out (It wasn't an urgent leak). His communications were excellent at all times. The cost was reasonable too. I was sufficiently satisfied to ask him to change some taps too, which he is in the process of doing. I've now saved his number on my phone.

I was given honest and expert advice on fulfilling my requirements. The work was carried out very promptly and the heating engineer who carried out the work was organised and professional. It was found that I needed a new pump which he sourced and installed immediately. I am very satisfied and will use the company to service the boiler

Responded to my call very quickly and fully explained the problem with my central heating boiler and the solutions available. Also agreed to move a radiator for me. Both jobs were completed promptly and to a high standard. Very professional throughout.

Jim was easy to deal with and came to do the work quickly and efficiently and for a good price. I would recommend.
