Joshua came to fix our boiler flue that had been dislodged and made a tricky job very easy, fixed and checked very quickly and efficiently, thoroughly recommend using Joshua!

Josh came and did a boiler service, there was a part that needed replacing, which he came back to do within a couple of days. Once that part has been replaced, one of the radiators wasn’t getting up to temperature so he came back at no extra cost to rebalance the system. I highly recommend Josh. Such a lovely, courteous and genuine guy. As a woman whose partner is often away for work, I felt 100% safe having him in my home.

My boiler was leaking and losing pressure. Josh told me that he was hoping to fix the boiler on his first visit but it became apparent that a new part was needed. He kept me updated on the detail and offered to come back within 2 days to complete the work as soon as he could get the required part. Josh came back as promised, on time and fixed the boiler swiftly and neatly. It was apparent he enjoyed his work and had a high level of knowledge. He tidied up after the work and was very polite and courteous. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Josh and JMGas Services.
