My garage door would not open. Within a couple of minutes of posting job had a response and phone call. Briefly explained problem and said he could come out straight away. Explained call out fee and probable cost. Arrived approx 35 mins later as was quite a distance away. Worked on getting it open which way quite difficult and then got working again. Very efficient , professional and friendly . Explained what he was doing throughout. Garage door now working from time of posting job to completion approx 90 mins ! Excellent service and I am really pleased with my garage door refresh. Jon communicated well, especially when we had to delay slightly due to a delivery delay which wasn’t his fault. He explained clearly what needed doing and worked quietly and tidily! (Important for me).
