Very professional and polite service

Needed last minute fitting due my own poor planning. Jm carpets were super communicative, gave me a time window and then an message on route. This was super convenient to work around. Carpet looks great. When I get around to doing my bedroom I will go back to JM carpets! Highly reccomend.

Johns communication from the start was great. He completed the job to a very high standard with no fuss whatsoever.

John was absolutely fantastic in every aspect and can't fault him in the slightest.. I have nothing but praise. I just needed my carpet stretched and put back on the threshold strip as the spikes were showing from a job done previously by someone else. I realise it's just a small job but, he treated me with the same courtesy as if it was a job worth hundreds. He fitted me in very last minute as I wasn't available on other days. He went above and beyond and fitted new grippers as well as fixing it back to the new threshold strip to make sure I never have the same problem again. Recommended!

John did a perfect job of fitting the vinyl flooring and carried out an invisible repair to dining room flooring. John arrived on time and kept me fully informed about arrival time. The cost of the work was agreed beforehand and extremely reasonable. All mess was cleared up on completion. Couldn't be happier.

Laid vinyl flooring in my downstairs hallway. They pulled up the old vinyl and took it away too. Really friendly, worked super fast. I couldn't believe how quickly they had it down. My hallway looks amazing now. Really good price too! I will most definitely be using you again for my next flooring project. Thank you!
