  Josh was brilliant from start to finish! We had a situation where we needed help fast, and he prioritised us, moving other appointments and commitments to help. For this we will always be very grateful. The quality of his work was impeccable, but so were his ‘people skills’ - and this was appreciated as much as his work. You really won’t meet a more professional Plumbing & Heating Engineer than him - 10/10 - thank you once again! Donna & Ian

  I sadly needed a plumber in something of a rush. Discovered Josh, thankfully. He dropped in on me at the end of his day and after an initial inspection, came up with a plan of action that he discussed with me. Over two/ three visits he resolved the problems I was experiencing and serviced the boiler getting the manufacturer to replace a valve under warranty. Punctual, polite, professional and personable. He’s on my emergency service contact list.
