Excellent service from start to finish. Mark and his team installed a new main board for us alongside an EV charger. He got an estimate out to us quickly. Comms up to an including on the day of install were on point, and the quality of the work completed was excellent. Highly recommended!

I needed an EICR carried out for a property I was in the process of purchasing within a short time period. Mark from J M Electrical called me after my quote request came in and was very polite, professional and was happy to work around my time scales, even going out of his way with his existing schedule - which was most appreciated - and was able to get my request sorted within a couple days of the initial call. He gave a fixed price for the work, never tried to upsell me on any additional work and was just happy to help. I will definitely be contacting him in again in the future. thanks

Had an issue with our electric shower and opened a job on this site to find an electrician as we have only just moved to the area. Mark responded to my request advising he could help, offering a time that suited us and booked us in. On the day, Mark arrived on time and quickly established the root cause of the shower but working, fixing the problem and offering some further advice on some of our other electrical installations. Mark is a great guy and super professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again in the future

Mark has been amazing with the job I had done. Initially it was going to be a rewrite but after tests were conducted it was deduced this was not necessary. I had 10+ double sockets installed as well as an electric heating system which has been done lovely and efficiently.
