Quick response, excellent communication throughout. The blocked toilet clearance wasn't a pleasant job but was dealt with efficiently and with good humour. The above and beyond flexibility to source and fit a new cistern over the Bank Holiday weekend was very much appreciated.

JMD plumbing team were quick to respond to the initial enquiry, however despite the task being deemed straightforward, it was turned down with no explanation as to why. The communication was limited but pleasant.

Janette responded almost immediately to my post on Checkatrade. The problems were quickly established via whatsapp and photo. Convenient date and time arranged to come fix the problem within only a few days and very reasonable quote given at same time. Janette arrived on time and got on with the job immediately. All fixed within 30 minutes and all now working perfectly. Brilliant. I'd definitely engage again and recommend

From the initial quote through to payment for the work, communication was great. Work was carried out on time & date as agreed, and within a couple of hour completed with areas left clean and tidy. Would use Janette again, and recommend to others.
