Janette went above and beyond for an elderly lady I was trying to help with getting her electric shower repaired/ replaced. Within a few minutes of posting the request here, she contacted me and was able to pop out to the customer within 15-20 minutes. She kept in contact with me throughout the job by email as well as contacting the customer by her landline. She let me know the lady was very happy to have her shower up and working again. It's hard to find reliable people who will help with these little jobs and I'm happy to have found Janette. Thank you so much!
