Janette is really brilliant. Its a relief to have found a good and reliable plumber, a rare find, janette gave us honest advice on our plumbing in our new home and did an excellent job of fitting an awkward shower that we wanted in an awkward space. Jannette is a joy to have around when working and always reliable with good communication. We completely trust janette and enjoy booking her for plumbing work now.

Great communication and timing. Was able to fix our issue during the call-out without issue, was polite and efficient.

Janette arrived promptly and replaced our bar shower with a new one, which we had chosen. The job was completed in good time, with the shower cubicle and bathroom left clean and tidy.

Janette offered to pop round to assess the viability and potential for a dishwasher installation where some cupboards and pipework may have been a blocker. She came round at very short notice and assessed what could be done and provided us with options. She did this completely free of charge which we appreciated very much. We will definitely be contacting Janette for all our future plumbing requirements.

From the very start to finish of this job, we’ve been really impressed with Janette’s work. Communication was very good throughout and the price was very competitive as well. Her work is really neat and tidy and she is clearly respectful of a customers home. We’ve had workman come in before and just walk mud on the carpets, whereas Janette didn’t do that at all. Would definitely recommend Janette to anybody and we’ve already got some more work lined up for her in the new year.

Janette arrived on time and completed the job speedily and diligently. I would highly recommend her and, in fact, I already have to my daughter who needs some plumbing work completed
