JM Decorating

Hi, I’m John from JM Decorating, a painter and decorator working across the North East for the past 30+ years.

I work independently, which means you deal directly with me from first contact through to the final coat. I take pride in careful preparation, tidy workmanship and a consistent finish, whether it’s a single room refresh or a full property redecoration. I’m happy to help with both planned projects and urgent jobs where possible.

I respect every home I work in — protecting floors and furniture, keeping the workspace organised and cleaning up at the end of each day. I’ll also keep you informed throughout so you always know how the job is progressing.

A lot of my work comes from repeat customers and recommendations, and my aim is always the same: reliable communication, attention to detail and a finish you’re happy to live with.
