Really impressed from the start when James contacted me shortly after submitting a job on Checkatrade to arrange a site visit. At which he explained in detail the stages and how long that would take in days, then provided a quote and a date for the works. On the week James kept in contact with me, working around a few life complications, but was clearly dedicated and pulled all the stops to complete the job in the timeframe.
