  Partial demolition of old garage

  JMCK performed all the work required to a very good standard and made sure the site was left tidy and in good condition. The work involved leaving one side of the garage intact and they were quick to highlight a couple of potential issues which could cause stability problems. They were quick to explain the best options to secure everything and were able to reinforce remaining structure and all for a very reasonable amount. Will keep their contact details in case I need future work performed.

  Ground floor refurb with extension

  Not only did Martin deliver something beyond our expectations he made the 8 month journey easy for us. The quote included fixed costs, best estimates and indicative figures for 'customer decide' elements. This gave us a good idea of the overall cost as well as his fees, and not too far off the mark given the inflation issues. Martin did a very good job in 'managing' us with what we needed to be thinking about over the coming weeks leading to what final decisions were needed the following week. Problems were discussed openly with options outlined. Site kept tidy throughout and good finish.

  Home refurbishment

  Martin and his crew did a solid job on our project. The work was good, and the price was fair. We had a couple of minor hiccups along the way, which is to be expected with any construction project, but they were quick to sort them out, which we appreciated. Overall, we're happy with the results and would consider using them again in the future.

  Extensive full house renovation

  Martin did a huge renovation of our 5 bedroom semi-detached house. It needed a lot of complicated structural work, which he delivered without any fuss or problems. The house had a new roof, side dormer, 1st floor roof extension and ground floor extension. Floors were levelled, new windows and doors, full electrical re-wire, new plumbing, internal insulation, new kitchen and bathrooms and new external underground drainage. Martin is easy to talk to, and was always happy to discuss options to deliver exactly what we wanted. The quality of finish is excellent. We couldn't be happier.
