  From day one, everything ran smoothly - great communication, solid planning, and most importantly, excellent workmanship. Everyone on-site was friendly, respectful, and professional. They stayed on schedule and kept everything tidy, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected.

  JM Builders recently completed the K-render on the front of my property.

  Build a brand new porch, with roof

  This guy is amazing, the best builder I've ever used. He and his colleagues dismantled the old porch and built a new one, with a roof (of slates). Every aspect of the job was done to perfection, and all in very quick time. They were polite, efficient, and very knowledgable. They were quiet, whenever asked (including by neighbours). They're great guys. I would recommend them very highly indeed, for any building work, including plastering, roof, bricklaying, woodwork, windows, and electrics. (In the photos the porch isn't quite finished. I'll add some more later.)
