Jim was quick to respond to my call and able to attend the same day.My Dimplex storage heater display had gone blank and manufacturer advised I needed to check all power supply before getting repair.Jim was polite, friendly and knowledgable. He quickly checked my fusebox and wall sockets and advised on further action to get repair arranged by Dimplex.
