  We had a great experience with John and Andy. Communication was excellent throughout and very easy. They didn't over promise and under deliver, and never made heavy weather over issues that arose. They just got on with things in an efficient manner. They were very easy to have in the house and were extremely tidy and quiet. Bathroom is now favourite room and definitely the smartest one!

  John, Andy and their team were great from start to finish. They were an absolute pleasure to have in the house. They were timely, professional, tidy and kept me in the loop all the way through the process. I would highly recommend them and have already to my friends. Thanks guys. We love our new ensuite

John listened to my ideas and offered expert advice that truly brought my vision to life. His workmanship is flawless; and everything was installed with such care. He was clean and tidy with no mess throughout the entire process. His kind and friendly attitude made it feel like having trusted friend in my home. Nothing was too much trouble for him.   John and Andy are an excellent team. John was involved very early on and visited the house between quotation and commencing the work. Nothing was too much trouble for the two of them. They were keen to please and did an excellent job from removal of old suite to fitting new one. They were also very clean and tidy, leaving the house spotless each day. The bathroom looks great.

  Everything about our bathroom refurb was positive: from the initial site visit through rip-out, first and second fit, John was nothing short of first-class. His team of craftspeople - electrician, plasterer, tiler - are champions of their fields, while he and his brother Andy worked tirelessly and with good humour to transform our grotty old space into something elegant and contemporary. In a word: brilliant.
