  I would like to recommend JMaty cleaning services to anyone needing their services. They are so friendly and they went above and beyond with cleaning my house I wasn’t expecting it to be that much clean. Will probably use them whenever I need the service. Keep it up Jmaty

  Misleading

  Misleading pricing, avoid. They said it would be £50 for 2 hours and I agreed, but sent two people which meant double the rate, I was invoiced £85 in the end for some reason for 3.4 hours when they were here for 1.5 (how does that make sense?). Then they apologized and said it should be £75 and I need to pay that. The cleaners were lovely but they did an unbelievably poor job making it clear what I would even be paying. Hilariously they ran out of time anyway and weren't even able to clean the whole house.

  Hi Oscar Bell, thank you for your review. Just one thing you forgot to mention is that we explained to you over three times how our prices work which is per hour per cleaner as stated right before we got on the property.
