  New lime render to cure a dampo problem and brick replacement

  James Martin has helped us with two jobs this year - replacing some cement based render with a lime render to deal with a damp issue and replacing frost-damaged bricks on both sides of the front door. Shaun did a great job for us on these two projects and it is very reassuring to have someone who knows their trade so well.

  Damp caused by saturated Cavity Wall Insulation

  James Martin and his team of skilled tradesmen have just completed the repair to the corner of my living room where damp had penetrated through from the external brickwork and saturated the cavity wall insulation that I had installed under government grant twelve years ago. This problem only manifested over the last two extremely wet winters. James' politeness and efficiency throughout the whole process was very re-assuring and his team of tradesmen were similarly very polite and respectful of my property. I put my trust in them and was not disappointed. They are highly recommended.

  Full damp works and renovation of basement flat

  James and the team did an excellent job in sorting out my flat to a well-presented, dry and liveable standard, following years of the building being neglected by previous and existing tenants. He was excellent and keeping me updated on progress, giving me options and organising any additional work needed by an external party. Would highly recommend.

  Ground floor extension/structural opening and Kitchen and Bathroom rennovations

  I'm so glad that we worked with James and his team on this project. It was the first time I had done structural work so I was quite nervous but James explained everything in great depth, came up with solutions whenever there were any issues, gave great advice and was always super responsive whenever I had any questions. I really appreciated his point of view while we were making decisions with the kitchen and bathroom renovations - James has a great eye for detail. His whole team were punctual, worked hard and we trusted them. We were so impressed by their quality of work

  Remodel fireplace and surround

  James was very polite and pleasant to deal with and gave me good advice after listening to what I had in mind. His tradesmen did a neat and professional job and they all turned up on time on the day agreed. I would definitely use them again.

  Rain water getting in garage

  When it rain hard and heavy the rain water would come into the garage. James said he could sort this problem out and he did. We have had some trouble rain but the garage is dry. He also kept me well informed of the work they were doing, good time keeping very tidy and came in as quoted on estimate. So pleased perfect. Would recommend
