Joe quoted for replacing the wooden gable ends on our pitched roof plus a number of smaller repairs - replacing some missing wood tiles, installing some chimney cowls and installing a roof vent for a bathroom extractor fan. Once work started there were problems removing the wooden gable ends so Joe discussed the possible alternative solutions with me and we agreed a plan B. At all stages Joe kept me fully informed and always responded very quickly to any queries I had. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing work done on their roof.

Joe and his team run a trustworthy and quality roofing service. He diagnosed the problem and made the roof safe during the quote process and maintained strong WhatsApp communication with me through preparation to finish. His team were efficient during the works. Joe reviewed the work afterwards and left the site clean and safe.

I highly recommend Joe and his team. They are very professional, carry out the work to a good standard and complete the work as promptly as possible. They keep in excellent contact throughout the work, and stick to the estimate. I also have found that Joe and his team are respectful and do not talk down to you if you are not familiar with roofing work and terms. This is important to me. I contacted JLR roofing with a cmfew concerns about some leaks. They were quick to respond, and to come and take a look at the issue. The JLR team worked were polite, worked efficiently and left no mess on completion of the work, they also took any broken tiles away with them. Since the visit we have had no leaks at all, great work. Great Service, I will be using JLR again in the future.
