JLR Electrical was very professional from the beginning. We had been struggling with mould in our bathroom and needed a new extractor fan and a new external grill exit. He came firstly to take a look so he could give us a quote. Then he made sure we understood the work being carried out and our options. I felt JLR Electrical was very honest with the costs and was very reasonable in our opinion. He followed up after the job was done to make sure we were happy with everything. Since doing the work needed, 4 months ago we have had no signs of damp or mould.

Jaryd responded to my request very quickly and was able to fit in my job very soon. He thought ahead and purchased the required materials before arriving promptly to start the job. He was very helpful indeed and explained what had happened to some of the fittings over time, whilst also explaining why others did not need replacing. He was efficient and tidy in his work and administration of the invoice.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jared, and I can't recommend him highly enough! He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, consistently keeping us informed about what he was doing and ensuring that we were happy with every step. Before he left, he took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with his work. A few weeks later, we encountered an issue with one of our lights—not Jared's fault, as we discovered a leak in our roof. However, when we reached out to him, he responded promptly and fixed the light quickly, making it safe while we dealt with roof.

Jaryd communicated promptly and clearly and was at our house by the following morning. He broke out the area, repaired the wire, made good the wall, thoroughly tested everything, and cleaned up after himself. He was friendly, efficient, and proficient - would definitely recommend!
