Very prompt kind informative felt at ease all the way through

Five star service. I had been using JL Pest control for many years to service my properties . Extremely reliable, always upfront and have helped with numerous problems over the years.

James and his team have worked with us again so that some bird netting could be removed and then re-instated to facilitate maintenance works on our block of flats. His willingness to work with us and to accommodate our timings into his busy schedule is always appreciated. The work, as always, was top class.

Prompt to attend and carry out treatment. Also responds to ongoing queries.

James came promptly and established the problem areas. He put down bait and traps and came back a couple of weeks later to establish that the problem had been sorted - much to my relief! He put mesh plates over the airbricks which he thought were the likely points of entry. I have waited a while before posting this review just to make sure the problem has gone and am happy that it has. Thanks James!

Great service. Our problem was initially a squirrel under the solar panels. When he came to quote, he disposed of the squirrel. Steve is very friendly, professional and helpful. He explained the best way forward, was very efficient and gave good value for money. Would use again.
