I have used John Lown for a number of jobs on my Victorian house over the past 30 years and he has always been reliable and hard working with a strong work ethic. He is highly competent and will only undertake work where he knows he can produce a high quality result - all at reasonable prices. Johns portfolio of work for me has been: Repointing a chimney stack Pointing walls. Replacing broken/missing slates Laying a York stone path and paved area Building a front garden wall Interval plastering Foundation work and errection of a Summer House Planting da two of pleached trees

John was great, super helpful and did an amazing job, would certainly ask him to do more work for us.

John done some plastering work for me & it was a perfect job. Very clean/ tidy , on time and kept in contact with me about the whole job as it wasn't at my home ! Very trustworthy & years of experience . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend !

He quoted me to do a small part of the ceiling which had some water damage, when I came home he had fixed the entire ceiling. It was an amazing surprise. Really good job done and genuinely lovely bloke. Highly recommend.
