Jack and Josh redid our ensuite from a bare shell, preparing thoroughly with new backing boards before installing the tiles and fittings that we had bought ourselves. They were careful and regularly touched base with us as the work progressed, so we always knew what was going on and when things were going to be done. We'd been let down by another firm who had done another ensuite and bathroom, but not to the same standard. Jack & Josh did some snagging work on those as well, even though it was not their work. We had a new combination boiler installed, and a complete re-design and re-fit of our en suite bathroom by JLM Plumbing Services. From start to finish, the quality of the work was of an exceptional standard. We were given ample opportunity to discuss our needs before commencement of the work, and were given sound advice throughout the process. The plumber and heating engineer were completely professional, punctual, hard-working and friendly, and did everything to ensure our needs were met. They liaised with other professionals. We were so impressed we asked them to do our main bathroom as well

JLM Plumbing moved a radiator in our bedroom and installed a brand new one. They were polite, courteous and very professional. They were respectful of the surroundings and not only did an excellent job but left everything so clean and tidy.

If you need any plumbing work doing these are the guys to call. My boiler broke suddenly they were here within 15 minutes of speaking with them and a day later were here installing our new boiler. They are such lovely guys and left everything tidy when they left. I cannot recommend them enough! A+ SERVICE!
