great service one visit to assess the problem and we were given two options new cartridge or a new tap (slightly more) we chose to have a new tap fitted and are very pleased with the overall service and the product itself very efficient communication throughout

On looking at the top neat looks good but under not so good a mess there is a gape were it were it was cut to get it in as it was a different size and one-off the fixtures is not even screwed in it’s left dangling the gap is just rough rather disappointing not finished of very nice at all

I am absolutely delighted with the work that John has done today. A leak under the bathroom floor was located and new pipe work installed. Pipes to the rear of the washbasin stand, new tap and plug and all returned to normal. No debris or mess. John is a very clean and tidy worker producing an excellent result. I would happily recommend him and will use him again for any plumbing requirements I may have in the future.
