Came the same day that I rang. Explained what the problem may be and what they would do and how much. Problem was quickly sorted. Efficient and friendly service.

We had blocked drains at the back of the house, With limited access to the manhole. Alan, from JHL Drains arrived with a fantastic 'Can Do attitude' so rare nowadays. Both him his assistant (And John on the phone) were supper helpful, and cleared the blockage with out any drama, and left the yard clean and tidy. Amazing service Oh forgot to mention. Arrived within and hour of my original call. Very impressed. BW
