We had a mysterious soaked area in our garden. The water company came out and said it was in our pipe and told us to find a drainage engineer. JLH came out that evening to look and asked some important questions. They promised a visit next day and someone came. They were really knowledgeable and did the job quickly. They were no-nonsense, the price was reasonable and I am very happy with their work.

They have been perfect, turned up when needed and the individual was pleasant and very informative of the fault. And gave me advice on how it could be avoided in future. Would certainly use this company again

Called JLH first thing on a Saturday morning regarding a blocked kitchen drain. They attended within 2 hours and resolved the issue super quickly. The engineer was very friendly, and engaged throughout - showing what was causing the blockage and the process they would go through to resolve it. The investigation also identified a pipe which is starting to show signs of collapse so I will definitely be getting JLH back to complete the works. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Had a blocked drain and needed it clearing asap. Attended quickly and cleared it. Brilliant job.

The tradesman was excellent, identified the problem, repaired the pipe into the outside drain, checked that all was clear and draining away properly with a camera. Washed it through and fixed the problem. Very pleased to have this smelly problem dealt with by capable experienced hands.

I had a timeline I needed to keep to. John completed the survey and I had the report on the day promised and a quit needed to put the drains to right
