  Garden Clearing

  Did a really good job clearing the garden - had some expensive quotes and they came in far under and did an amazing job given the challenge - had to rearrange but kept me informed so can’t fault communication. Overall i definitely recommend.

  Poor communication - didn’t turn up to complete

  Poor communication. Wanted tall bushes lopped. Failed to turn up to quote in person and said to send photos. Priced job but when booked they turned without the right equipment to do high reach and made excuses. Adequate job done of low level bits which TBH I could have reached anyway. Stayed 90 mins charged £150 - job not completed, and pruning left on site. I was assured they would come back following week to finish, but no response to calls/texts - instead snuck back and took bag of cuttings but no attempt to complete the work. Avoid

  Job not fully completed - adequate clearing job done

  Adequate job done clearing but very strimmer happy and lawn not cut with mower with job not completed. Was quoted a day rate for two gardeners. One lad turned up with the other only turning up with two hours of the day left. The tasks requested should have easily been done in a day but with the job not completed I was assured they would come back to finish, but after multiple broken promises I have given up. Better actual gardeners with knowledge out there.

  Garden tidying,

  Our small garden now looks cared for. Areas have been weeded, old bushes in pots cleared. It's a pleasure to sit and look out now. We are so impressed we have booked them to come again in a month.

  Garden Maintenance

  Jay replied to my initial query swiftly. Jay and Liam were both hard working and really pleasant to have to do our work. They arranged a suitable time, arrived on time and completed the removal of our old decking and other garden maintenance we had requested. They worked professionally and tidied up and removed the rubbish completely . Would highly recommend J&L Gardening Services and have already arranged for them to return over the next few months.
