  EICR certificate for my rental property

  It was really straightforward dealing with JL Electrical. They gave me a competitive price and were reliable on the day - I’d had to arrange access with tenant and they didn’t let me down. They provide the certificate in good time following payment . No complaints

  Excellent from start to finish

  I approached this company to carry out electrical inspections on 2 tenanted Cheadle properties. Both jobs were particularly difficult due to limited access & poor working conditions. They turned up on the agreed date, approached the task with a 'can do' attitude & completed the work without fuss or complaint. Their work was of the highest standard & extremely reasonable. Without doubt one of the most reliable & straight talking companies I have ever dealt with, who turned an arduous task into a pleasurable experience. First Class !!

  Electric checks

  John came out and did 2 electric checks on 2of my rental houses, tenants said he was really nice , did a great and tidy job , great communication, would definitely recommend him.
